Job description

- Manage and lead entire QC department for fabrication and machine shop - In-process and final inspection of fabricated components, welded jobs & machined parts - Ensure dimensional accuracy as per drawings & customer specs - Prepare & maintain QC documentation - Inspection reports, NCR, CAPA, MTC, WPS/PQR, etc. - Implement and monitor ISO 9001:2015 QMS and ensure audit compliance - Handle *PD Certification, Third Party Inspection (TPI)* and customer inspections - Knowledge of welding quality, NDT methods (DPT, MPT, UT, RT) advantage - Control of measuring instruments - Calibration management - Train and guide QC inspectors and shop floor team - Coordinate with Production, Design, Purchase for

Job skills

Strong knowledge of Fabrication, Welding Symbols, Machine Shop Operations - Proficient in reading Engineering Drawings and GD&T - Hands-on with Vernier, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, Height Gauge etc. - In-depth knowledge of *ISO Documentation, QMS, Quality Procedures* - Knowledge of PD Certification & Product Documentation - Leadership and communication skills
